[FS - NSW] SOLD 1974 L-Bug

Hi, I have this L-Bug for sale. I bought it to help with road-testing of my Big Brakes conversion and then to create a 'German Look' project but I have too many other projects to complete in the next year so I am selling.

It is in tatty condition; dents on three guards, some rust on roof gutter and the paint is peeling. Stocko 1600 (alternator) runs terrific. Good pub/station car or project.

I have had no troubles cruising it up and down the F3 freeway but iot could do with a wheel alignment. The original gearbox has been replaced with an S-bug box.

Rego due in August and apart from no windscreen washers, it should get through again. Tyres are 90+ percent. Rear brakes brand new, fronts good condition.

I am chasing $800. Will consider separating. Maybe. Or I will turn it into a rod or race car. Maybe.

Located Sydney (or Newcastle) NSW

U2U on here if you are interested.
