Hey everyone. Just wondering what to do to surface rust that has formed on bare metal before spraying with etch primer???

A phosphorous acid metal surface treatment. Some brand names are De-Ox-It, Deoxidine, Deran-A etc. Follow the instructions as supplied by the manufacturer.
