pre 67 body on a superbug chassis?

does anyone know if its possible to bolt on a pre 67 bug body onto a superbug chassis- with all running gear, engine etc- or are they different sizes. or can you bolt on the better parts to the old chassis.
tell me if im dreaming or not!

A superbug has a STRUT front end lots of work fitting inner guard strut towers

you would be better off fitting it to a semi auto IRS / Ball joint front end pan this is quite easy with early bodies

You can have a new frame head welded onto your super chassis to take a beam.
Labour cost will prob out weigh the cost of a semi auto chassis,
but this is what my drag car has.

Other than the front suspension and perhaps a rear body mount, it is the same bolt pattern.
