U.S Dollar

has been a good stretch but as of friday the Australian dollar fell 9.63c buying USD 89.70c.

predictions are all over the place as to whether or not it will continue to fall or make a turn for the better.

the window of opportunity to buy parts from the u.s could well be shut for the time being.

The dollar will come down

As our interest rates drop to ease inflation overseas will not be tempted to short term invest here

Our interest rate is still high compared to the states - hence why our dolar is strong compared

You cant have low interest rate and high us dollar

bizzare we can have the best of both worlds as our exports are not supported by the americans we have a bright future on this side of the world but the septics have a few years of credit crisis and second tier lending to get through so solid investments in resource rich nations with low populations are becoming better investments. by the way has anyone been following the scrap metal prices of late?
