Looks nice Rod . If it fits the early Beetle steering shaft spline it could be a Petrie? for early Karmann Ghia. Other that no idea.

hadn't noticed it before... but there are no markings on it except for a little symbol in the centre section that looks like the steering wheel with
a "P" in the inner circle.
