get under and have a look for moisture, or alternatively a build up of dust on the leaking area where it's sticking to the leaking
fuel................please don't drive your car until you find it.........yes sounds like fuel line.
easily, cheaply, quickly fixable, get it done..............or alternatively just have your whole car burn to the ground, your choice

Def a fuel line problem. Easy repair but can be costly if it ignites.
If you can't fix it with a hammer,
you have an electrical problem....

the fuel line comes thru the LHS of the engine tinware...
it used to be a pipe thru a rubber grommet
the rubber grommet wears away and then the pipe wears away and leaks fuel...
best to replace the fuel line from where it comes out of the chassis in front of the LHS rear axle..
to the fuel pump...
rubber hose is OK
I used stainless steel covered fuel hose ..
and make sure you carry a fire extinguisher in Your car...
You get buy good quality fuel hose at most auto shops..
cheers
