VW Beetle 72 Superbug Convertible parts, any requests?
Hello all, I am new here.
My beautiful little VW beetle convertible 72 got totaled 2 saturdays ago. I miss it like hell, but I am now left with a wreck, The other car hit the
left side bonnet so the engine and everything is in immaculate condition.
I am on the look out for a new beetle at the moment, and I think I have found the one I want. My beetle mechanic is going to extract any parts that
will be handy for my new beetle and I will be selling the remainder of the car, panels etc. whatever I can.
I will update this once the extraction has happened, with a full list of what is for sale.
If you have any particular requests for parts also let me know.
Anyone need a roof? I have one, you know you want it! Throw a price at me and I'll see what I think.

this was my beloved little bug! I wish it was still alive.

For the roof?
The condition of the roof is excellent, we have had it re-upholstered and extended flaps over the window on the two doors, so there is no leakage.
The plastic of the two side windows (back) have clouded from age and have a bit of mould growth over it that is basically baked on. So it's probably
best to replace these windows, but the rest of the roof is fine.
As for price, I'm not sure a hundred percent, I will update after this weekend as I am test driving a beetle that I am quite keen on, but if it
doesn't work out then who knows I may end up with another convertible and can chose which roof I prefer and then sell the other one. So it's still
on a bit of a stand still.
