Superbug Speedo

Does any one know how or what the speedo is held in on a curved window superbug? it has the full padded dash, no screws any were that I can see,

there is a ribbed bit of rubber that wraps rouns the speedo and they just push in

If you are interested i "may" have the bit of rubber - but really anything would do
