GOOD mechanic in Adelaide???

Hi all,
Would anyone be able to recommend a good mechanic in Adelaide to help with an EJ20 engine conversion into my 69 IRS bug??
I have all the parts including Porsche 915 trans, adapter plate, etc, etc.
