The MD 4 Drag is an option.

http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=73159

My mates beach buggy that is for sale has one fitted into it. From memory Albins now do gear sets and ratios for them as well. With a 9.25" crown wheel they are built pretty strong! Originally out of a front wheel drive Renault truck which come in sizes from about 2 - 5 tonnes roughly so I am told.

Like i said it is a bit of work with the torsion housing and it does move the engine back a lil in the car so some tinware modes etc would also need to be done too.
