Looking for a standard VW cream/Off white
Hi there,
A while ago I painted the roof of my VW type 3 in an off white that we just mixed up by eye. I really should have used a standard colour though
because now i've run out of paint and I need to do a few touch ups
So I was wondering, is there a good VW cream/off white that I could get my paint guy to mix up for next time?
Thanks
Pete

Have a look in the technical section of the samba, lotus white is really nice for slightly off white. If not plenty of other whites their to pick
from.
http://www.glasurit.com/COLOR/new-color-online/m1frameset.php?language=1 I'm assuming the formulas should be right in
Aus, but don't quote me, just learning
Cheers Luke

It doesn't have to be an original VW colour, but an original formulated colour is a very good idea. Even if it is a more modern one. I used a Datsun
colour on our old beetle for the white, and a Ford colour for the burgundy. Straight off the formula, should be the same from the same paint
manufacturer every time. Within 0.01% probably.

and Toyota as it was a Dulux colour cheers Les
