Alfa V6
Just putting this out to see what flies.... Alfa do a nice compact and very lite 2.0/2.5 litre V6 any seen one fitted to a bug/bus?
only reason im asking is ive seen a couple on evilbay lately going quite cheap........

I've never seen it, but sure would like to see it..
Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson reffered to that engine as the best V6 ever build....

Damn nice engine, had one in a 75 for years, a pleasure to drive.......... when the electricals worked!!!
Senna's favorite car was a 75, although I think he preferred the twin spark 4.
Depending on the year of the engine the adaptor plate pattern for the isuzu v6 should be the same I think. Check with Kennedy in the US.

Have nothing but badluck for Alfa's but then again maybe its everything around the engine that is failing first! The old 1.8 or 2.0 V6 that Mazda did
for there bubble shape Astina would be a great engine but dont know if it ever ran rear wheels.

The 1.8 and 2.0 Mazda V6 are the little brothers of the 2.5 V6 in my car. They are all the same block and overall dimensions (K series motors) so the
2.5 makes the most sense. I found the Mazda 2.5L V6 was the best motor out there, that's why I went for it.
The early model alfa's V6 motors would need a rebuild by now, and don't make much power by todays standards. The late alfa V6's are nice but I
would imagine they are expensive.
