Help needed on the central coast NSW

Hi guys, i just got a 4inch beam from the states with towers, leaf's and adaptors, i really need a hand installing it, as ive never done one before and dont really have a huge mechanical resume. If anyone out there is free to lend a hand it would be greatly appreciated, PS im located on the central coast NSW
