Recommendations for VW Mechanic - Southern Highlands

Have just spent a fun day touring the Southern Highlands. Whilst in Bowral I met some keen dubbers (air cooled!) and they asked if I could recommend someone in their local area. As I was not a "local" I could not really help them. Anyone got any recommendations I can pass on?
