Drilling For stud pattern....


Where in melb can i get my rotters and rear drums drilled for eitheer 4 or 5 stud pattern, 4x100 or 5x114.3 prefer 4x100???

Any engineering machine shop should be able to do that for you. Its a first or 2nd year aprentice job.

i had a plate of steel made years ago, that is bolted onto a disc or drum using the wheel bolts and has guide holes for drilling 4 x 100 holes and i use a drill that come with wheel studs very cool, works great didn't cost a million nearly

Be careful redrilling standard rotors as they are strengthened at the original holes and are thinner between.

I think you will find that Greedy53 used the plate as a drilling jig, not a spacer.

i spin mine in a lathe to get perfectly true PCD

4x100 fits nicely inside the stock 4x130 and picks up the original webbing well if u slightly offset the holes abit so theres plenty of meat between them
