Dyno damage
just wondering what happens if your car engine ends up a hot oily mess from a dyno run !!
Would the workshop be liable or not ?

They have no liability, you chose to have your car on the dyno, your problem if it isn't up to the task

Dont know why people get worried about dynoing thier car. It's just the same as running full throttle in say 2nd gear to red line. And who never does
that!

whose liable if you pay them to dyno tune something like nos or forced induction/aftermarket ecu and their stuff up is what resulted in a kaboom?
ie: like an unco apprentice or stoned bogan or sumfin working there?

Hi
Ask local dubbers where they go, most dyno operators have no experience with VWs, the VW motor can be stressed if they ramp it up to quickly, that
being said most people who own a dyno now seem to know what they are on about.
In the bad old days dynos were a thing of mystery and only big beefy V8s went on them, now dynos are as common as hoists in workshops, well almost.
Fill in your profile so that we know where you are then someone on here may know a suitable place.
