You used to be able to buy for speedometers a stick on kph conversion, that fitted over the existing mph speedometer face.

sometimes you do see the inserts that fit between the face and the dial on ebay for sale.

I took mine apart and put whiteout lines on my speedo dial at 10kmh intervals

go on to ebay and search worldwide
dont type speedo use the word tacho
you will find a lot of genuine kmph speedos for a good pricefailing that buy a fine tip perminant marker and go to town

I have bought a few KMH speedos on ebay..Aust
they are usually around $120-$150+

I have seen them go for much much more at times...
You can fit any speedo with fuel gauge from 1968> to 1976
beetles excepting the 1303S Super beetle speedo which was different.

I Can make white face KMH speedos for L bugs and standards. I can also concert MPH speedos to KMH.
