Attaching pan halves

Hi Guys,

I am finally ready to replace the pan halves. I have trimmed to fit and am ready to weld in.

Any tips on fixing the pan halves in?

My present plan is to drill 3/16 holes in the panel periodically and then mig weld through the holes and build out to the pan (not that I have tried this before - my forte is gas).

Cheers

Newt

yep do some check measurements on both sides to see if there even

clamp and weld if you can get a extra long set of vice grips to reach the tunnel or get a mate with a long heavy rod to push down on the panels to get good contact
