No Steve, it is not...orig.bumper bas has flat steel bar to mount onto inner guards / photo's showing 1" square tube /.. ends of the bumper appear
to be cut in the angle, where orig bumper is cut square. On top of it four brackets on the underside appear to be missing...

Someone is posing as me using my given name as their user name.
I don't know why they are doing this, but I guarantee the person using my given name as their user name is not me,
Could it be the eBay seller is attempting to create a deceiving illusion?
