What's happening with my brakes?
What's going on here?
the right handbrake cable is rubbing on the brake hardline, sawing its way through. Obviously I need to replace that line now. But why is this
happening?
Is the damaged line something a brake place can knock up easily if I take the old one to them?
Thanks in advance for your help everyone.

Take he tube to a brake specialist and they will double flare a new tube to suit, make sure the handbrake cable clears it when you put it back. From
the picture the handbrake cable is in the wrong place, check the front pivot/adjustment area.
