Crappy seat runners????
Does anyone have any ideas for seat runners for high back seats.
My runners keep breaking from sliding back and forward. The seats rails are straight and lubed and the runners are glued down tight. But they keep
breaking Two sets down in 6 months. They are splitting at the
ends where the two parallel sections join and are jamming up the seat.
The runner sets aint cheap either! and they are pretty shittie plastic.
Got ideas?

Hi
If you have to move your seat often the VW runners are crap.
On Davids car we have Honda Prelude seats fitted which slide really easily, they're mounted on VW frames still, but we don't use the VW slide unless
the seats are coming out.

Yeah Steve they are moved back and forward pretty much every day. I want to keep the original seats in it so I guess I have to come up with something
better than the original set up.
Ya think the Germans could of spared a few bob to design some rails that actually work. Cheapskates
