Jezebel has an early style front trans mount, and the studs on the pan are M10... so 10mm diameter, and the nut needs a 17mm spanner to turn em.
What's he up to with an early style trans mount ???

deciding if 4 gearbox case studs on the bellhousing end will be sufficient or if i should use the 2 lower engine studs aswell,
gearbox studs are only 7mm so i figured the standard banana mount size studs would be something useful to compare to
thanks for posting, i didnt have the laptop at work today, too busy doing uh.... work

Ahh, well if it's the rear box mounts you're talkin about, that's a slightly different story (from the 'early' part of the question, I'd assumed
front mount)
But, anyway:
- "banana mounts" to trans are M8... so 8 mm diameter (and yeah - there's 4 of 'em)
- engine to trans bolts are M10... so 10mm diameter if you were somehow going to build a mount around that
