Is Classic veedub actually open???

I 've been trying to call CVD for days now, it's always engaged, first thing in the morning, midday, late afternoon, always engaged.
I have cash burning a hole in my pocket for parts I need.
I don't really want to drive down from the Central Coast to find they are not actually open.
I've lost count of the amount of emails I've sent as well.
Anyone had any success with them? They have everything that I want on their website

Have you thought about ordering from the states? In the time you've spent trying to get hold of George, stuff from the states probably would have been here. Quickest postage I've had is 3 days, that was a small package of link pin needle bearings for the van.

I agree, but call me old fashioned, I really like the idea of handing over cash face to face for goods, also, if they need to be returned they are not that far away.
Plus the amount of things I need is quite large, so shipping might be a drama

Heard of someone having the same problem this week,
They ( a business ) faxed him & asked him to call them as they were having trouble getting on to him,
he made contact with them just after that.

Yeah, the phones usually busy whenever i call too. I just put it down to the fact that they get really busy there and lift the phone off the hook? (just a guess!!)
Usually get an answer if i leave it for a few hours and try towards the end of the day!

Hi Lee

Thats the central coast, its like people who live near where live saying they live in the "shire".

The majority of Australia's population live on a coast.
