Can anyone tell me in regards to rpm race boots what size does 41 convert to.

Pretty small Col - that's like a 7 1/2 in normal sizing.
I normally take a 9 1/2 shoe, and my size 44 RPM boots are about spot on...

wear 10.5 Brookes.
