I'll be there! Look for me selling half the contents of my shed! I'm in need of some garage space so that I can get a car in there, lol.

I'll be there too with the family.....but no VW unfortunately maybe I'll have on in the lineup in a couple of years!
It would be good to meet a lot of people that I chat to on here....but without knowing what people look like, its a bit hard to walk up and introduce
yourself!!
Maybe next year we should have tshirts made up with our online names on the back....just so we know who is who!!

Was a good show today, met a few of you! Unfortunately had to take most of my parts home with me, the buyers just weren't hungry! I was disappointed
with the lack of haggling from the punters as well, they're used car parts folks, not postage stamps. The price is negotiable!

I only realised when i got home and went through my photos how few photos I took, a few of my car, and the guys i cruise with, and a few by request,
and that was about it. There really wasnt anything exceptional on show, it was all to plain and boring for me....
But, heres what i got!
Trophy winner...

Trio...

Lee made an appearance.... with a car that needs an altitude adjustment something cronic!

Best looking bug by far...

This coming in a close second, I do love a good ragtop

And another of the group that i Cruised with... Minus the green square cos we couldnt park in a line

Thats about it really, i took a few more, but there was something on the filter of my lens and i didnt really notice till i got home
Completely off topic... I Love my black headlights.... wonder how bad the headlights really are like that...

Lee must be taking something for altitude sickness mate....
surely he would be violently ill without medication cruising at that height!!
Nice work on the pics!

not of your standard.
Nice crusing gang you've got too

Cheers mate, post them up, im a photo whore, and love seeing what shots other's got of my car. Should have introduced yourself mate, im real friendly
in person (Edit: just saw what you posted of mine, cheers!)
Best in show, that would have upset a few people! I would have been honored and stoked if i won it, but i have a feeling my car wont win much in the
way of awards at any of the SA show's sadly, its got more character than the rat that won, but its just not "rat" enough it seems! Ah well, i build
the car for me, not for the judges!
And the gang, not so much a gang as a bunch of mates with really similar interests, MOST of us live pretty close together as well, which is great. It
was awesome to cruise there with the 5 cars, we will start approaching people to cruise with us soon i think....

Cheers bud,I appreciate it.
Honestly, and Chris (Doctor) can vouch for it.I bought the Ghia as you see it.I have done nothing at all to it apart from the red n white flappers.
Oh,and put in a new regulator....petrol....oil etc
OH!
And my 4wd Ghia will get lowered a bit more very soon.Just no time lately moving house and work commitments
