We will be going with our bugs. I know a couple of buggy boys will be there as well as a couple of ureka's.

http://www.steamfest.com.au/auto

The show n shine has all types of vintage cars as well and gates open to entre your car at 7.30am and cost $5 to enter your car.

Free Entry to just go in and have a look. We took our bugs a couple of years ago it was a good day out and they have heaps of trophy's.

went past today and saw a truck being unloaded of the back of another truck (may have been off a trailer) thing is it had two dirty great exhaust stacks with black smoke belching out of them, I think it was steam powered, looks like I'll have to go and check it out. Rose, tell us more about the show n shine, like when and where, I asume it's in the paddock on the Rutherford side of the bridge.

http://www.steamfest.com.au/

The show'n'shine is on Sunday @ Maitland park, the big one across the road from the train station and the big round about.

There is more to steamfest than the cars though, steam trains, tiger moth race, stalls amusements etc etc.

I am going with a few other buggies as ms Rose said. I think the word was early (car entry is 7am onwards)... I'm going to struggle with that, got a bucks show on saturday night.
I think we are aiming to get a spot by the highway fence.

Normally has a big turnout of cars and clubs, from the model T fords to the Custom Modified Commodore Club (and everything in between).

Looks like some interesting old machines there, two grandkids from number one son and two granddogs from number two son being deposited on the front door meant that I missed it, bugger, that first truck is the one I saw them unloading, what a beast, thanks Rose
