Speaker Kick Panels
Hi Guys
Can anyone show me a picture of these speaker panels installed in their cars.
How do they install (screws) and do they take up much room, thinking the drivers side maybe a squeeze.
Thanks.

Hi
I had them in my old 1302, picture below.
I have them in sons bug, they do take a up a bit of room but not much, he & I both have big feet 12 & 13.
I mounted them with self tapers.

Installed mine on the weekend and they were fantastic, make sure you sound proof the car body and the back of the kick panels.
Here are some photos and a link to my thread about installing a sound system which I just finished

I used self taping screws into the body of the car, next stage is to have the car carpeted including the kick panels.
Here is a link to my sound system thread

Thanks Guys
Hey Paul, have you worked out what your doing with carpet yet. I have spent the last month doing the carpet in this bug. I bought a VW kit, the 9 or
10 piece kit. That was absolute rubbish. I then bought a moulded carpet kit, that also was rubbish.
I ended up using the moulded kit but cutting it into sections and had the edges sewn over with cloth. Im really really fussy (nearly anal lol) about
look and fit, and the moulded kit cut and fit turned out really good. Not quite finished yet but if you are interested I could show you some pics.
