shortened sump, exhaust, what about the oil filter...
anyone keen on one of these?
http://www.cantonracingproducts.com/getimage.php?id=22-597
doesnt cost much more to ship 5 instead of one... ordering soon let me know if your keen
could do it for about $80-100AUD a peice at the current exchange rate, add the other bits of a universal oil filter relocation/cooler kit & your
sorted, should be able to keep everything up nice & high then
personally im aiming for nothing to go lower than about 120mm from bottom of the block, possibly flat 100mm....

Hi Dave
I already have one but I can vouch for the quality. Are we all getting exited about the AUD going up a bit, I know I am.

So what's going to be the lowest, zorst, sump, oil filter adaptor?
I'm thinking I"ll keep my subie oil filter on and just build everything to a height that's just a little lower than that.

Zorst Me believes..... Afterall, its what can take the most hits with the least damage.... if you loose your oil, that could mean new engine, if you
cut a hole in your zorst... its time to get the welder out...

sump & exhaust, technically exhaust if you think of departure angle, but all should sit about 100mm lower than the bottom of the block, oil
filters arent the kind of thing that like hitting thr road i believe

No he is not a twit, in fact a very nice young bloke........he is a member here and asked a lot of questions on the conversion as he wanted to do it
as cheap as possible back in 2005.......as he was just finishing high school at the time
I've got caught in the moment and ripped the sump off my car before..........not regularly, but it can happen
A TWIT would have kept driving and blown it up........ Ryan has caught the oil light and pulled up as obvious by the trial of oil to the car
Read on his website that he is now fast forwarding the dry sump system he had been working on.......hmmm twit
