rough running

My motor is giving me trouble with rough running, seems to go just fine but (mostly) at low speeds when accelerating it dies then pops and farts for a bit then off it goes, have had the two jets cleared, (the two under the choke, don't know what their called ) which improved it a little but the main problem remains, any clues from the readers out there?

I had the same problem mate.Found out was my manifold sucking in air.
So replaced the gaskets on the heads,as well as purchased a new carbie.
And all is well.:tu:
Hope that helps, any question's dont hesitate to pm me.

Good Luck:smilegrin:

Don is the accelerator pump working? Lift the air filter, hold the choke open and open the throttle slowly, you should see a small jet of fuel in the venturi.Or back to german george.

Yeah, looks like they have it sorted, at least 98.67 %. Mrs Nymeyer is a sticker, certainly keeps those boys of hers in line.
