You will need to buy aftermarket (or cut from an irs beam) brackets and borrow a irs bracket jig from someone.
Then have the brackets PROFESSIONALLY welded to your beam.
Then you need new spring plates, the irs arms, axles, cv's and a new box.
I have a complete beetle irs rear end and 1600L SSP box in marrickville if you are interested.
