Spotted BUGSY today - NSW

Hi all,

I spotted a very neat white Beetle parked today with the number plate BUGSY on Camden Valley Way. I think it it about a 1972, but I'm not good at picking the later ones. Is it anyone on here or anyone know who owns it?
