1556cc engine Race only

I am cleaning up and have found enough parts here to build a really fast small capacity engine that is suitable for a 1500/1600 cc class . These parts are either new or slightly used and are all of the highest quality ;
New as 41 magnesuim case machined and decked for 90.5mm
Used Scat forged 60.5mm pro-comp crankshaft , std type 1 mains and std vw jnls
New Pauter aluminium rods with moly end caps 5.7" , vw jnl
New Autocraft 90.5mm pistons and barrels , dykes top ring , cast 2nd and std oil ring , with pins and teflon buttons
Reco Super HO heads with new 42 x 37.5 stainless valves , chevy springs , with match ported IDA intakes , flowed by Dave Butler and ported by Crankshaft engineering
Used crown Aluminium flywheel
Used 48mm IDA carbs with 42mm venturies and pro stacks
New Pauter camshaft , { fk 87 equiv } but on 104 centres
New Scat 1.4 pro rockers
New Manton .058 moly pushrod kit
New Pro comp steel straight cut gear set
New KS main , rod and cam bearings

This engine is ready to be assembled , however pistons can be substituted for thick wall 92mm { 1608cc } or 94mm { 1679cc } at no extra cost . This is located in Wollongong NSW and is priced @ $ 7000 . Shipping can be arranged anywhere in Australia , ROD , 02-42729920 .

Interesting engine combo. Short stroke for high revs, eh? Sounds very nice. It's on my list if I win the lotto.
