OK, I thought I'd kick this off to see what other people got from Santa or others that related to their VW's for Christmas.

I can't tell you exactly what I got just yet, but I know there is a package under our tree from Mid America Motorworks. I'll know more after one more sleep!

What you you guys get to add to your collection of VW parts, toys and tools?

Its nothing to do with vw's but at least I can say if gives me the ability to look at vw's on the net faster

I got my wife a double leather wine cooler embossed with a VW logo for her Bora (got it from Volksbahn - thanks Leanne).

I flew to my daughter's place in Brissy this afternoon with it in my bag to give her (everyone else was already here) for Chrissy. Not only was the plane 2 hours late, but my luggage (and everyone else on the plane) went to Melbourne. On the plus side, a plane load of people in Melbourne have luggage in Brisbane.

I got a pair of coil over shocks for the rear of my bug. Got them from Volks conversions and they made a big difference. I was amazed to see just how bad the old pair were.

Got the pic from the classic vee dub site.

Finally got to open the Mid America motor works package and it contained a custom car cover to suit my bug and a magnetic pick up tool with light. Very happy until i found that the batteries in the pick up tool had corroded. Let's hope they will replace it or their could be some supplier bashing on this forum.

They are 17" x 7" and there are 4 of the little beauties. Should help to get the power down nicely:lol:
