[FS - TAS] 91 Syncro Panelvan For Sale
Hi All,
1991 Syncro panelvan. Ex-Telstra bus, with the big rear bumper/step thing on the back, alloy Bullbar. Has recent complete window tint (Professionally
done), 5 new tyres, new rock & roll bed installed.
In very good used condition. Runs perfectly, recent service gave it a perfect bill of health.
This thing will go anywhere, looks great. NO RUST at all, very straight, interior functional. Seats in good condition, seats 5, with slight tear in
front seat. Floor mats good, has a new timber (Vinyl floor board stuff) cargo area floor getting installed (Happening this weekend).
This is a very, very good bus. Drives like a dream, so smooth & plenty of power (2.1 lt).
Also, has the exceptionally rare power steering option.
6 months rego. I am just not using this bus, as have a compay 4x4 I use.
This bus looks so good, sits very tall & feels as stable as a rock on the road. A rare vehicle, Syncros are getting so hard to find.
Offers around $9,500.
Happy to install custom/camping interior, or do any work new owner would like before sale. I can install interior extras, do paintwork, whatever you
like. Just let me know what you require.
Located in Hobart,
0417 387 310.

Hi Rob,
Can you please tell me:
how many kms;
does it have the diff locks;
is it dual range;
can side windows be installed easily (we would use as commuter and camping duties); and
do you have maintenance history?
We have been considering one of these for some time, mainly as an off road camper. Been hoping to find a decked out camper, but as you say, the very
rarely come up.
Thanks for your assistance.
Regards,
Willie.

Hi Mate,
Sorry i missed this post.
310,000km
No diff lock
No dual range...don't think that was an option? It has the Super low gear. "Grawler" or something it is called. Basically a 5 fwd speed g/box.
Windows would be a basic install.
No maintenance history in writing, but previous owner said heads done & he was pretty fastidious with changing all tyres at same time, maintaining
servicing spot on. motor looks very clean, runs sweet & strong.
Would make an awesome camper, it will go anywhere.
Regards,
Rob J

OK, would love to keep this, but got bills in my face and 2 other buses + a Bug to build, so it will have to go
Offers around $9,000. Booked in for major service and thorough going over next week.
I have a mate down here, Eddie S who has a camper fitout and poptop that if the new owner wants, I can fit. Let me know if interested and we can go
from there.
