G'day just a little confussed after reading lotsa info off the net & getting mixed up with USA bugs, does the Aussie 69 beetle have IRS rear
& ball joint front?

The Aussie 69 was a swing axle with BJ front unless it was a semi auto. They had an IRS in them.

a 69 probably wouldnt have the unused clutch cable tube.
welding one in makes it a reasonably big job.
Most 70s semi autos had them so it's all bolt in
