Chop top shop

Hey all i have been looking at getting a beetle for a while now and i have really fallen for the chopped fender look, i was just wondering if anyone can direct me to a shop in Sydney that can do it if i choose to go down that path, and also what type of damage should i expect? (by damage i mean cost)
