is there a specific order that the states host the Bug In?
who has it next after WA?

Yeah, there is.
It's WA this year, and pretty sure that SA has it next year.
Then I think it goes Tas, Vic, NSW, Qld and back to WA.... basically a counter clockwise circle but excluding NT.
