Stickers
Hey all!
I've currently got a few stickers from the previous owner on my front windscreen and rear window.
I want to get rid of these. What do you guys/girls recommend?
I'm also curious as to where I can get a forum sticker?

Alright, sweet!
I'll be sure to get them off as soon as possible, they look fair old and are starting to peel at the sides.
Just about to buy one, what colour is the most purchased?

The colour most purchased by me is white, grand total of one because it stood out best on the blue body, if you put a white one on the body of Zelda
probably no one will see it.

Razor blade scraper will get the old sticker off. Then use turps to remove the adhesive left behind. You may need to let the turps really soak into
the adhesive being old stickers. Once the adhesive starts to soften it should come off easy with a rag or use the scraper again.

If they are really old and hard use the wife's hairdryer to soften the glue in conjunction with the single side razor blade. ( Don't tell your wife
that I suggested it though)

I bought myself a white one to fit the body, it'll be going on the bottom of the rear window.
I'll head out on the weekend to get the current ones off, thanks for all the tips!

I would avoid using a hair dryer on glass. It will only lead to more explanations when you crack the window

Alright, I'll go at it tomorrow with a razor blade and scrape every last bit off. They're peeling anyway, so I think they're definitely loosing or
have already lost their stick.

Razorblade or blade scraper will take the sticker off..
if any glue left behind You can use Turps or petrol etc...
to dissolve it and then wipe the soft glue off with a razor blade or scraper and wipe the stuff off the scraper etc with a rag etc....
LEE
White sticker on glass still looks OK... as glass is NOT white... lol
Chromed ones look good... probably last the longest too...
or yellow etc..

Chrome stickers will very quickly scuff and scratch. They also break down quicker and will be harder to remove down the track when they become
brittle. A normal coloured vinyl sticker will last longer and will ok to remove - Red is an execption the pigment in red tend to make them fade
quicker and become brittle like chrome.
White is one of the best contrasting colours for window decals

Yes, I say plural! I ordered the forum sticker and it seems he threw in a couple of extra ones which is great!
Really loving the DUB INVADER one!
Will be sticking them up very soon indeed.
