Parts for Sale...

Howdy all,

I'm in process of gutting my 68 in preparation for a bare metal re spray and some serious modifications. I have a plethora of parts that I no longer need and that will be surplus to my requirements.

I am intending to fit a fuel injected Type IV that I have and would also consider trading the listed items for the parts required to fit the new engine or a few other parts that I am sourcing such as, a roll cage, Porsche speedo etc.

I am located in the Illawarra (Helensburgh) NSW and would prefer that buyers pick items up. I will also be able to drop certain items off for anyone that lives near or works around the Airport, Port Botany or South side of the City.

I also have a heap of other parts, however, I will need find time to rummage through the boxes and itemise them for sale.

A set of doors to suite 1500 Beetle (doors are gutted bare and do not include internals, one door needs minor repair) $300

Rear glass and side quarter panel windows with rubber 1500 beetle $250

Front door glass with new bottom rails and Butterfly windows $150.

Two rear decklids 1500 Beetle $100 each

Chrome window dressing/doors (New) for 1500 beetle $100

Rubbers and felt $100

Stainless steel exhaust & extractors 1500 $100

Pair of early beetle indicator lights (front with lenses) $40

Early beetle speedo $50

Webber dual barrel carburetor (27-26) and adaptor $100

A pair of Solex Carburetors $50

Early beetle steering wheel (original in good condition no damage) $100

Ash tray $25

Glove box lid $25

Regards

Sean

Wheels....

G'day Dave,

They are 15's (Holden rims) . I'm not certain as to the width but will have a look tonight (work is a bit chaotic ATM).

The rims are fitted with Caliente HR 205-60 R15.
The existing rubber is fairly good and I will not separate the rims from the rubber. There are no hub caps.

Regards

Sean
