Have you seen this paint anywhere?

I'm looking for a very rough matt style of paint that I painted my last Baja in.

It's an industrial enamel and I now kicking myself for throwing the tin away. I've emailed about 10 industrial coatings places and currently awaiting replies.

Hoping someone here might be able to help.

Appreciate your replies and suggestions.

I know of an industrial enamel that is available in a few colours, black gloss, satin etc. It is used on Caterpillar bulldozers, and is super tough. I will let you know what I find.

I have to agree with HoneyAbba.
Matte paint is a bastard to keep in good condition, your best best is a vinyl cover for the car.
They're not really that expensive (compared to a full body spray of a car at a shop), easily applied and can also be changed very easily if your mind changes.

I don't know who is closest, but found this in NSW.

Might be worth giving them a call and discuss what you want to do!
