Bigger fuel line, fuel tank feeder???

How do i go about changing the line in the tank please,

I have just removed the old one and it just looked like two steel washers with a rubber one in the middle, is it that simple? i imagine i just drill out a larger hole in the nut for the larger pipe??
Cheers guys

PS its now 8mm

Is this what you're talking about?

http://www.cbperformance.com/catalog.asp?ProductID=584

If so the std outlet on a bug is 6mm from memory, twin carb type 3's came with 8mm std, that where I got mine from.

If you're after something bigger, try this;

Yeah, that simple if you just want a larger feed from your fuel tank. But then it will be reduced where it meets up with the fuel line that runs through the tunnel.

This now leads to more work and money :lol::lol::crazy::crazy::grind::grind:
