Sad sight
I'm not sure what is worse in this Ebay listing,
The spelling of Volkswagen or that this thing was once a '54 Beetle

54 or early 55 as it has the heater control know just behind the handbrake leaver.
Could be good for pan halves depending on how dry it is too!
Has a Batwing Wheel to go with the tank that makes it a 54 or early 55, cannot make out if it has the early handbrake cables.
Sad to see it there!
Cheers,
David

You couldn't buy the tank and steering wheel for $100. Someone should buy it just for parts.

It's only worth it if they're any good and that steering wheel looks pretty rooted after 20 years out in the open.
It's just the rusty metal ring and the 2 spokes left.
God only knows how usable the tank is after sitting that long with no cap.
I'd bet the bottom is like swiss cheese.

It's definitely and early 1950s pan. There are no bump stops on the rear shock absorber towers.
