June 1964 Squareback project

Hi all,

Finally found a square project.

Went and had a look at it on the weekend.

1964-65 Bahama Blue. Ratty paint. A little rust in front gaurds and RH outter sill.

Nice leatherette upholstery. Except for the drives seat back and holes for the speakers.

Brought it home today...

Add some more photos soon.

That will clean up nice.

I like the Aussie David Jones interior most of it looks in good condition.

What are the plans?

Thanks guys.

I was going to do it as a rat. But not sure now.

Pulled the floor mats and cleaned up the pans. Has a few holes and a previous repair on the LH side.

May give it a polish and see how it looks.

Cheers Jason

Pulled the LH gaurds and checked the rust. Not too bad considering its 47 years old.

Front of rear wheel.

Lower rear 1/4 panel.

Seam on rear intake panel.

No rust in 'A' piller area.

Will pull the RH side gaurds today. More photo's to come.

Thanks Greg.

Got to put the square on the back burner for a bit. :sniffle:

Just got a new project. It's a 1972 lowlight 9 seater.

Her front

Her rear

A bit of work to do but not as much as the square.

Cheers
