steam cleaners
Anybody used a steam cleaner on dirty gearboxes etc? My wife just bought a ripper for the house, rips the grout from the floor tiles! Might have a
crack when she's at work

I read on another be site that they were the way to go but I guess it will depend on how much steam it produces.
Do you know what model and how much she paid?

I've got a pretty dodgy one, so also interested in the one that rips the grout out from between tiles.

Divorces aren't cheap mate! When it said steam cleaners I was
thinking the Steaming Demon that we used in the trade.

I think you are getting confused with the commercial steam cleaner's that they use on vehicles. i do not think it would have the horse power to
remove any caked on grease and crap, i know mine wouldn't
