Pan painting
What colour KBS to use on the pan? What looks the best with orange and would "set" the car off more?
White or Black.

I'm thinking You are talking about the chassis... [Pan??]
and chassis Black is the best color...
although Very glossy also looks great.. [better]
there isn't any chassis white... lol
if You are talking about the fender beading...
You can get black or white or paint it...
what is KBS..???
cheers

KBS is a very similar product to POR15 but made in Australia. It also comes in a variety of Colours. I say don't use black, because everyone does!
It's so cliche, why not try something different, like match it to your vehicle colour.

Something different. How i love that phrase, Smiley has summed exactly what KBS is. Chassis is pan, pan is chassis. Orange and white would would
alright in my opinion.

KBS chassis coater kit has a range of 10 colours.

Its being painted, i just wanted other peoples opinions, im not one to know what colours go with each other so to speak, orange and off white go
together (i think) and its different.
Black appears to be a safe option though..

Are you painting the car too? TIP: Paint under the guards too. This is where a little difference where a smashing paint job can come from, it is only
little, and a lot of work for not much to notice but dont just paint black under the guards.

Yes the car is being painted, 2 pack pearl. The underneath of the guards are already on the quote form to be painted, underneath the guard is also
being coated in a rubber compound which deflects stones and that and avoids the chips coming through to the top side. This rubber compound then
recieves the pearl over the top

I was thinking about doing my pan white, since i am going that direction with my bumpers and stuff,
then i figured im just going to scratch it up and dirty it anyway, god knows how much oil and grease will get thrown around during reassembly
Black is just so common... but it does the job.
So how is the prices on the KBS stuff?

KBS doesn't scratch, when KBS topcoat is used, it also will mot fade under UV light. To clean, a simple grease remover will do the job.
I get either 2 or 4 litres shipped to Tasmania for $202, im unsure what its coverage is off the top of my head.

What colour is the car going? White also? Pearl white can look dirty. I think you need some darker colors to set off the white look. If you don't
want to go black maybe a gunmetal or dark blue?
C'mon kids gather round,
there's a new sensation hitting town,
It's moving straight, low to the ground,
it'll pick you up when your feeling down.

White pan, Tangello orange body. If the body was also white, that would just be overkill.
