Telstra privacy breach caused by an unsecured RightNow webform being indexed by Google

Around 8pm last night noticed I couldn't access my emails and this is why, I wonder who has all that information on account customer of telstra not good.

Arha, so that's the reason I can't get my emails, was told by telstra thismorning that "the problem is on our end so don't worry we will text you when it is fixed" still waiting. :grind:
I guess that AAOO3 deleted the post.

Hmm, not sure about the not careing bit, though I'm happy to listen (read :D) to arguments why the don't care, the problem was isolated (no access to email) as soon as they found out about it, crook none the less.

well i feel if they really cared staff would of had adequate training coupled with a structurally sound management system so this 'oversight' that led to this current F up would of been found n rectified way before this situation even aROSEd ;)
ringing Telstra is one of the most inefficient exercises that I have come across

Yay, I'm back on. :D the way I understand it,(and I may not ) it was a problem away from Telstra, one they had no real controll over.
