WANTED, Set of CB front stub assemblies.

Bill and I have been speaking to a bloke who is restoring a 1947 Type 51 Beetle. This is a military style beetle with raised suspension. Unfortunately the Kubel front stub assemblies are not with it. As Kubel stubs are very similar to CB, he’s interested in getting hold of a set from a CB. While these are rare, I know they’re out there. This bloke is a serious, experienced restorer. They’ll definitely be going to a good home. I can re-build a set back from almost any condition. So don’t sit on them, if you have a set, in any condition, please let me know and I’ll put you on to him.
Cheers
Tony

Yes guys,

If anyone can help with a set of Country Buggy stubs that will be great. The vehicle they will go onto is in fact a 1945 TYpe 51 which was one of the two 1945 built Sedans bought into to the country in 1947 for testing and evaluation.
Let Tony have the details if you can help out.
