A bit cheaper here
http://www.vollks.com.au/store/Quick-Shifter-Kit.html

They are fine - give a nice throw to you lever
Make sure you do the shift bushing and rear couple at the same time

Have a look at this "how to"

http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=68078

Here is the bushing
http://www.vollks.com.au/store/Shift-Rod-Bushing-Rebuilding-Kit.html

But you really only need the bush and ring
The other bit is only if yours is really shagged

This is the coupling from Classic

https://www.classicveedub.com.au/cvd_new/part_detail.aspx?parts_id=14997

and the bushing
https://www.classicveedub.com.au/cvd_new/part_detail.aspx?parts_id=16899

and the shift kit
https://www.classicveedub.com.au/cvd_new/part_detail.aspx?parts_id=7919
