I dont think you can purchase a harness

Your better off getting the origional one repaired as required.

Unless its been cut completely in half ??

Try Beach Buggy Australia as they make a harness for their buggies which is basicaly the same as a beetle i guess. I am sure they could modify it to suit your needs if they have to. They are around 600-650 I think.

Vintage Wiring Harnesses in Bellingen (mid north coast of NSW) http://www.vinwire.com.au/  make harnesses for all types of cars.

I looked on the web page and they don't have a harness for the 69 beetle but if you give them the old one (or one out of a wreck) they will make you one.
