Thanks everyone!!

I'm sitll very fluey, had all the right drugs, so should be good for the weekend. Man this sucks...cough,cough.
Bec's making me chicken soup, yummm!!

Did a little tonight.
Turbos are in position, rear stays and adaptor plate are welded in, now for all the supports.
Every thing is centered from the line.

That's the plan, I might have to borrow Bec's motor, turbo and box as money is getting low.

I'll just do what I can and if it doesn't make it I still have the bus to race :fakesniff:

No. I've seen day by day, a full drag car built in 4 weeks, drive in to cut up to staging at the tree, show condition!!
But 7 specialist men working full time.
I'm not going to rush, it needs to be right.

That's ok Stanley, it was worth the soup!!

The Soup , I feel there is a race car name there .
Look deep into the soup and you will see new idea's , plus the soup bowl , may end up used in the build to .
Have your thought about the tranny blanket ?

:lol:The soup was chicken (rotisserie, rotary)

I have made room for a ballistic blanket or scatter shield for when I go faster than 11.0 or 7.01/8 mile, at this stage becs engine and turbo are looking good so should only see 7.6's I guess.

I keep the andra book close and read the wording carefully.

Awesome build... Would love to see this car, and my Notch parked side by side one day... I'll make it happen I reckon... Even if I have to send mine interstate for it!

What size are the rear treads you are using there? They Look meaty!

Thanks for the kind words guys!!

The old front is now bolt on/off, same as the rear.
The bonnet and boot will open as normal but the front guards will be attached to the apron as one then bolted on/off to body, same goes for the rear.
You will see pics soon.

The rear tyres are 275's but measure 295mm...11.5"

Glad to keep y'all entertained:lol:
